Azure Announce Favourite Customer Ever Ever Ever

Here at Azure Design we like to think that we’re a creative, highly professional customer-focused lot. But don’t just take our word for it, Heidi thinks so too!

Heidi Rochester is CEO of Northern Freight Services, a haulage and logistics company operating Europe-wide out of their Peterlee Headquarters and, given that Angela Murrish from Hillcrest is ignoring us now that she’s had her baby, Heidi is making a good fist of becoming our favourite person ever.

The reason for her surge in popularity in and around the marbled halls of Azure’s Ryhope HQ is a letter she wrote to us on 20th July that landed on our doormat completely out of the blue and was nearly savaged by Larry, who was attempting to eat the postman at the time.

Heidi says:

“Having worked alongside yourself and your team over the past weeks I feel it is appropriate to comment on how well the project has run.

"We came to you with little or no IT knowledge and a very vague idea of what we wanted and I am pleased to say the project could not have run smoother.

"In summing up your company I would say you were a very creative, highly professional, customer-focused team (see, we told you we were a highly professional customer-focused lot). You delivered excellent value for money with every one of your staff consistently providing high quality support and assistance.

"Once again thanks for your help and good luck for the future. Rest assured that we will recommend your services to our associates and would be delighted to share our positive views with any of your prospective clients; you only have to ask.”

Gee, shucks, Heidi, thanks. And thanks too for offering to share these views with the world… er, you just have. It’s always great to get customer feedback, especially when it’s so positive, but to go to the trouble of actually putting it down on paper is a really nice touch and greatly appreciated by all of us.
